I live on Oahu, and I had a condominium in Kahana Maui that I needed to sell. The people I talked with and articles I read let me know that accomplishing the sale in the existing market would be quite a challenge. Living on a differnet island had me expecting the sale process to be extra diffucult. In September of 2012, I called around to a few realators in Maui to find a professional to sell my condominium. One of the calls I made was to Barry Brown from Re/Max Resort Realty. In our first conversation I could tell he was very personable. His professionalism led me to trust that he would give me the correct advice for my best interests. His experience in handling other situations such as mine gave me confidence that he would be successfull. Barry was up front with me on what to expect throught the process. He outlined his strategy to me and we were on our way.
From the beginning listing and each step along the way, his plan worked. I never had to fly to Maui to handle any of the steps in the sale process. Barry was always availible for my phone calls no matter what time was. He responded to all my correspondence immediately. He went above and beyond what I expected of him throughout the entire process. He was even availible over the hollidays while he was on vacation. All the members of Barry’s team that helped along the way were personable, professional and made me feel as though my goals as their first priority.
With the successfull sale of my Kahana condo, I look back at the process and see that Barry’s plan went off without a hitch. I cannot thank Barry and his wife Carol enough. Their dedication, expertise, hard work and care made selling my condo a smooth transaction and much easier than I ever expected. Mahalo Nui Loa, Ron and Yanti
