A Wailuku lot with 2,814 SF just sold on 3/8/2024 for $357,000 @$126.87 PSF. A 7,568 SF lot sold for $350,000 on 2/15/2023 @$46.25 PSF; An 11,330 SF lot sold for $412,500 on 1/27/2023 @36.41 PSF and a 9,278 SF lot sold for $412,500 0n 1/27/22023 @$44.46 PSF. If you want a gated and manicured subdivision this lot is not for you. You need vision to see what it can be. It's only $21.85 PSF. By county ordinance you can draw water from the IAO Stream for irrigation.
